KBC鹤标辣椒酱是一种很适合作为各式口味辣椒酱的基础酱料。尤其是mama档专用，用来做炒面酱、

Pasembur(鲜鱼-槟城小吃)。

中式的用法是用於烹調朱腸粉醬、魷魚蕹菜醬、釀豆腐醬。也是煮囉吔酱的主要材料。

直接的沾酱是用在薄饼（Popiah）、炸五香肉卷（Lobak）.

鹤标辣椒酱的主要成份是辣椒和番薯，白砂糖、食用盐及含有核准食品防腐剂。

KBC Egret Brand Chili Sauce is a suitable sauce for various flavors of food.  

Especially for the mama stall, it is used for fried noodles and Pasembur.

The Chinese-style is used for cooking Chee Cheong Fun sauce, squid and water spinach sauce, 

and stuffed tofu sauce. It is also an ingredient for cooking Rojak Sauce.

It is also used as a dipping sauce for fried popiah and fried five spice meat roll (Lobak).

The main ingredients of Egret brand chili sauce are chili and sweet potato, white sugar, edible salt 

and permitted food preservatives.

Widely prepared and used as:

Chee Cheong Fun Sauce, Popiah Sacue, Squid water spinach sauce, Stuffed Tofu Sauce, 

Fried 5 spice Meat Roll (Lobak) and mama stall fried noodle sauce.  

It is also a main ingredient of cooking Rojak Sauce.

Dipping Sauce for veg. dumpling(chai kuih)etc.

KBC Sos Cili Cap Bangau adalah sos asas yang sangat sesuai untuk pelbagai masakan. 

Khusus untuk warung mama, digunakan untuk membuat sos Mi Goreng dan Pasembur.

Dalam masakan Cina digunakan untuk memasak sos Chee Cheong Fun,sotong Kangkung dan sos Yong Taufoo.
